I've always been drawn to understanding people—their experiences, strengths, and the challenges they face. My passion for counseling grew from a deep belief in the power of connection and the ability of people to create meaningful change in their lives.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, grief, and other emotional concerns. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person's unique needs and goals.

As a licensed therapist serving clients throughout Delaware and New York via telehealth, I strive to create a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.
